3D virtual tours
A viewing that stays open.
A virtual viewing of the place itself, open at any hour, from anywhere. A flat in London, a shop, a cafe, a restaurant, a studio, an office suite or a warehouse unit, scanned in one visit and ready for your listing or your own website the same week. Booked on its own, or added to another Emilecon visit.
Walk through a real one
Steer it yourself, that is the point
Example tour
A two bedroom townhouse, room by room. Steer it yourself.

One visit, three deliverables
Scanned, drawn and delivered as one jobEvery question a viewing answers, answered first.
- Walkthrough
- A navigable tour of the space. The viewer moves room to room in their own time, on a phone or a desktop, with no app to install.
- Floor plan
- A floor plan drawn from the scan, with room dimensions for guidance rather than as a measured survey. It answers the question most enquiries ask before a viewing is booked.
- Delivery
- A link you can embed on your own site, drop into an email, or attach to a listing wherever the portal accepts a virtual tour.
Where it earns its money
Where a tour tends to helpStop losing days to viewings that were never going anywhere.
- Out-of-area and overseas enquirers can shortlist without a trip across London first
- Enquirers who were never going to take the property can rule themselves out before a viewing is booked
- Occupied space is marketed without repeated access, which keeps the sitting tenant or the members on side
- A tour gives a listing something to hold attention on a portal
- The scan is also a dated visual record of how the space looked on the day it was made
Homes
Lettings, sales, and short letsLettings
Let it before the first viewing
A flat or a house walked in full before anybody books an appointment. Applicants who were never going to take it rule themselves out, and the ones who do come have already decided they like the place.
Sales
Instruction to launch
Scanned early in the instruction so the listing goes live complete: photographs, plan and tour together, rather than a plan added a fortnight later when the first wave of interest has already passed.
Short lets
What the photographs never show
Holiday lets, serviced apartments and student rooms, where a guest is booking a place they will never see first. A tour answers the layout questions that a set of photographs quietly leaves open.
Shops, hospitality and workplaces
Anywhere a customer, a tenant or a buyer wants to look round firstShops and showrooms
The unit, before the lease
Frontage, shop floor, stockroom and the back of house, walked end to end. An incoming tenant or a franchise assessing a pitch can see the whole unit without a Saturday spent crossing London.
Cafes and restaurants
Book a table having already seen the room
The room, the bar, the covers and the private area at the back. Useful to a customer choosing where to eat, to somebody enquiring about a party of twenty, and to a buyer looking at the business.
Offices and coworking
The whole floor, not a photograph of a desk
Suites, meeting rooms, phone booths, the kitchen and the breakout space, walked in the order somebody would use them. A tour shows how the space connects, which is what a letting is really decided on.
Gyms, studios and salons
See the floor before joining
The equipment, the studio, the changing rooms and how much room there actually is. A membership or a first appointment is a decision about a place, and a tour answers it before anybody walks in.
Clinics and treatment rooms
Arriving somewhere you recognise
Reception, waiting area, the rooms themselves and the way in from the street. A first visit is easier when the patient has already seen where they are going.
Industrial and storage
Ruled in before the site visit
The loading bay, the yard, the office content and any mezzanine, with a floor plan of the unit. An occupier on the other side of London can decide whether it is worth the journey.
