Booking
Send the details, and a time is agreed with you.
Send the address, the visit and the day that suits. Emilecon confirms the price, offers set times on that day and sends the invoice. Nothing is charged until you agree.
How a booking runs
Four steps, no account and no card detailsUse the booking form. Give the address, the type of visit, the property size and the day that suits.
A reply confirms the fixed price from the published list and offers set times on your day, fitted around the handover.
Reply with the time you want. Private landlords receive the invoice at this point; agencies are invoiced when the report is delivered.
The visit is confirmed by email and held in the diary. To move it, reply to that email; it is free with 48 hours' notice.
