Frequently asked questions.

How quickly can an inventory be booked?

Next day bookings carry no extra charge, and same day bookings are £25 extra whenever the diary allows. To arrange one, send a booking request.

What should an enquiry include?

The postcode, the number of bedrooms, whether it is furnished and the date needed. That is enough for the price on the price list to be confirmed.

Can the price be confirmed before booking?

Yes. The price comes from the published list, and every job is confirmed by a written quotation before the visit, as the terms of business set out.

Can the keys be collected from the branch?

Yes. Keys are collected from your branch or office and returned, free of charge.

Is anything charged at booking?

No card details are taken. Letting agents are invoiced on delivery of the report, and private landlords when the booking is confirmed.
